Introduction to CROS – Training for Agents

CROS is a secure and user-friendly online portal that enables you to submit documents for official recording with the Civil Registry from anywhere, whether at home, in the office, or on the go.

In this training session, you will learn about:

• How to submit filings/records (filings available in this phase include: Affidavits of Bachelorhood, Birth, Correction, Identity, and Spinsterhood, Conveyances, Mortgages and Satisfaction of Mortgages).

• Pay online for filings via credit/debit card or through your escrow account.

• How to use the robust search function to locate public records and and request certified copies of official documents.

• Advanced security features such as QR codes and Authentication codes to verify documents, significantly reducing the risk of fraudulent documents being used in legitimate transactions.
